Enrollment for the 2023-2024 School Year Begins January 23, 2023!

 

IF YOUR STUDENT IS ALREADY ENROLLED, YOU DO NOT NEED TO ENROLL AGAIN.  

 

Step 1: Please complete online enrollment at: https://burbankusd.asp.aeries.net/AIR/  

During the online process, you will be able to upload the required documents when prompted.

If you cannot upload your documents, you must email the following documents to the office manager, Yvonne Seta at yvonneseta@burbankusd.org : 

  • A copy of the completed online enrollment - signed and dated
  • Original Birth Certificate or Passport of student
  • Immunization Records (click here to view the requirements)
  • Parent/Guardian picture ID
  • Proof of Residency (Burbank Water & Power bill, Gas bill, Pink slip from Burbank Water & Power (temporary for 45 days) 

Your child will not be officially enrolled until you have finalized your registration by submitting these documents for verification. If you do not have the ability to scan these documents, you may take photos of them and attach them to your email. You can call the school for further assistance 818-729-5750.   

EARLY ENROLLMENT IS RECOMMENDED: If your school of residence is full, you student may be placed on a waiting list and placed at another Burbank school in the interim.

*Ages for TK and Kindergarten are the following:

Transitional Kindergarten students must be 5 yrs. old between September 2, 2023 and April 2, 2024.

Waitlist Based on Seat Availability for children turning 5 between April 3, 2024 and June 2, 2024  

(students born between April 3 and June 2 will be placed in order by birthday based on seat availability following State law)  

 

Kindergarten 5 yrs. old on or before September 1, 2023.
