First Day of School - Monday, August 17, 2020

  • Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, more information will become available as to how to proceed with P.E. purchases. Please continue to visit our website and BUSD website for up to date information.

    If you did not purchase your P.E. locks, P.E. clothes, and hall locks (for 8th graders only) at registration, items will be available for purchase starting the first day of school at nutrition, lunch and after school (until 3:30 p.m.) in the student entrance foyer.

    All items can be pre-purchased on the Web Store. Please make sure to bring your PRINTED RECEIPT to pick up your items at the same times as listed above.

7th Grade Registration

  • The State of California requires all students in both private and public schools entering 7th grade to provide proof of receiving the Tdap booster, also known as the "whooping cough" vaccine, and a 2nd varicella, also known as the "chicken pox" vaccine.  If your student does not have one or both of the immunizations on file with our school's Health Office, please provide documentation as soon as possible to prevent delays with entry into 7th grade. 

    You may email your documents to richerealeman@burbankusd.org or provide a hard copy to our school office.

    In order to receive your student's packet for the 7th grade:

    • The Health Office needs to have proof of a Tdap shot after 7 years old.
    • Two Varicella vaccines and 
    • If you have not provided proof, your child may not register for 7th grade.
