Elementary Enrollment

TK – 5th Grade 

 Please complete online enrollment at: https://burbankusd.asp.aeries.net/AIR/  

 After you have successfully enrolled your child online, you need to email the following documents to aliciagetz@burbankusd.org

• A copy of the completed online enrollment - signed and dated
• Original Birth Certificate or Passport of student
• Immunization Records (must be current)
• Parent/Guardian picture ID
• Proof of Residency (Burbank Water & Power bill, Gas bill, Pink slip from BurbankWater & Power (temporary for 45 days) 

 If you do not have the ability to scan these documents  

you may take photos of them and attach them to your email. 

 New Student Immunization Information

 Burbank Unified School District does NOT require you to complete your students immunizations while COVID-19 restrictions are in place.

*You can enroll and will be required to have missing immunizations before you start school in the fall.

*Personal belief exemptions are still NOT being accepted, it’s the law.

*Medical exemptions due to COVID19 concerns are NOT accepted.

*If you do not have your immunization information, use this time to email your former school or doctor’s office.

Please note: Once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted, the district will give parents a certain amount of time to get immunizations completed. If it is not completed, it could jeopardize your enrollment opportunity at your school of residence or hold up the registration process for the 2020-2021 school year.
