Effective immediately BUSD has suspended all in person enrollment. School sites are currently closed until further notice. All student enrollments will be done virtually via email.
1. Complete online enrollment at https://burbankusd.asp.aeries.net/AIR/
2. Scan and email the following documents to email@example.com
- Legal proof of Age (birth certificate, passport, baptismal certificate – temporary)
- Proof of Residency (Utility Bill or “pink address verification form” from BWP- temporary)
- Picture ID
If you cannot scan these documents, please feel free take pictures of them and email those as attachments.

While we are accepting enrollment packets, we are not yet formally placing students at school sites for a few more weeks and will keep you posted by email. Thank you for your patience and welcome to BUSD!
BUSD is still enrolling students for the current school year. Please read a message from BUSD's Superintendent, Matt Hill, regarding the transition to online instruction:
"Google Classroom will be the main platform that we will be using to deliver
instruction. You may learn more by clicking here, Google Classroom Tutorial. Our
teachers and instructional teams are developing content that will be made available via
Google Classroom. In the meantime, if you want your child to access optional
supplemental resources, please click on Additional Online Resources. For families who
do not have internet or devices, we will provide paper packets. In addition, we are
working to secure additional devices for those families. We will prioritize distribution of
devices for families on the Free or Reduced Meal Program, starting with high school

Step 2. Email supporting documents to firstname.lastname@example.org
(If you are unable to scan documents please take a picture and upload the image)
Step 3. You will receive a confirmation of submission, once your paperwork has been reviewed the Office Manager will email you additional documents to complete and return via email.
Step 4. Once all documents have been received and enrollment has been completed you will receive a FINAL confirmation from the school site stating that your child is enrolled with instructions for next steps.
