The School Site Council consists of a group of certificated and classified staff and parents who meet to discuss, make recommendations, and give input on the development, implementation and evaluation of the school site plan. Each stakeholder group elects the members of this committee; parents elect parents, teachers elect teachers and classified staff elects classified staff. The monthly meetings are open and other interested parties are welcome. Although the meetings are open, only elected members may cast votes on proposed motions. Elections are held in the spring for the coming school year for two-year terms.
