Please note that tours during the daytime are for individuals vaccinated for CoVID, per BUSD Board Policy. Non-vaccinated individuals may attend the tours scheduled at 3:15.To attend a tour during the school day, please upload a photo of your vaccination card. Only individuals with proof of vaccination for CoVID will be able to attend the in-school tours.
2023-2024 Elementary Enrollment for TK-5th Grade
BUSD enrollment opens Monday, January 23rd 2023 via the following link: https://www.burbankusd.org/Page/3998
You will be asked to upload the following information:
- A copy of the completed online enrollment- signed and dated
- Orignial Birth Certificate or Passport of student
- Immunuzation Records (must be current)
- Parent/ Guardian picture ID
- Proof of Residency (Burbank Water & Power bill, Gas bill, “pink sheet” from BWP- temporary for 45 days)
While we are accepting enrollment packets, we are not yet formally placing students at school sites for a few more weeks and will keep you posted by email.

Actual enrollment does not begin until January 23, 2023. Enrollment and applications for other programs such as Dual Immersion and Permits will continue to occur virtually.

Vaccination Notification During Student Enrollment
Even with current school closures, immunization requirements for admission to schools in California for the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school year remain in place.
Understanding that the COVID-19 pandemic may require physicians to reschedule appointments, please contact your child’s pediatrician to schedule an appointment for your child to receive their required immunizations with ample time before schools re-opening. Your child will need to be current on all required immunization before they may physically attend school.
Please email immunizations to the School Nurse at your child’s school site or to me so that your child’s immunizations can be updated. Please contact your school nurse if you need to enroll your child immediately and your immunizations are not up to date due to Covid-19.
