Hello Current 7^th Grade/Rising 8^th Grade students!

It is time to make your elective choices for next school year!

• You are selecting electives for next school year (when you are in 8th grade).  This form should be filled out by students that are currently in seventh grade. 
• After reviewing the elective options, fill out this form to request your elective for the 2024.2025 school year. 
• If you select ASB or TA, there is an additional form to complete available in the counseling office.

Please note the elective selections include a comprehensive list of the electives we currently offer.  

• Electives offered to students may change due to enrollment and teacher availability.  Therefore, we will do our best to honor one of your top three choices either first or second semester.  We cannot guarantee you will have one of your top three choices during both semesters.  
• Students who qualify for intervention, will be placed in an intervention class.
