FAFSA/CADA (California Dream Act) is likely to open up around December 31! In the meantime, please go to FAFSA.gov and create both your student and parent ID number, that way you're prepared when the FAFSA applications open up. FAFSA is for students with a social security number, CADA is for students without a social security number. Below are the English presentations on IG and YouTube.
