    I pledge to make Luther Burbank Middle School an organization that gets things done for our learners by upholding our core values of
    Respect, Excellence, and Community.

    I will challenge our school community with high rigorous academic expectations.

    I will help establish and maintain an environment that will make Luther Burbank Middle School emotionally healthy for all learners, teachers, and support staff.

    I will support teachers, support staff, parents, district officials, community members, and most importantly: our learners.

    Faced with apathy, I will take action.

    Faced with conflict, I will seek common interests.

    Faced with adversity, I will be resilient.

    I pledge to be part of a creative, forward-thinking team dedicated in preparing our learners to thrive now and in the future.

    I am part of the Burbank Unified School District, and I will get things done.
