Admittance to School After Illness/Communicable Disease

To protect your child and other children, students returning to school following a communicable disease must be readmitted by a school nurse or a physician.  Students returning with braces, crutches, a cast, stitches, ace bandage, or following a serious illness, injury or hospitalization may be readmitted only with the written consent of a physician.  The physician's written consent should include any restrictions, including the number of days or the date that the child can be released.  Along with the physician's written consent, a parent note should be sent with the returning student.
